It was a great Christmas stay overall! The breakfast spread was amazing, and the staff at breakfast was very friendly. The location was perfect, easy to get to and parking was safe and effortless. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the water pressure! Another advantage was the easy and quick check-in process.
There were a few things that could have been better. the noise levels in the bedrooms were quite high, making it difficult to stay asleep in the morning.

The hotel offers easy check-in and secure parking. Guests have access to a comfortable room with air conditioning and good water pressure for hot and cold water. the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast and friendly staff attend the breakfast area.
The hotel failed to meet expectations related to additional services, like a jacuzzi that requires an extra fee, which was not disclosed on the website.

The breakfast was tasty and the water pressure was impressive. the hotel is located conveniently in a safe area. I also appreciated the easy check-in process.
The room was outdated and noisy - the sound of traffic outside woke me up early every morning. Despite requesting a quiet room, the receptionist claimed none were available.
